I have been in sales and marketing of residential properties, developments and land since 1984. I specialize in unique properties, ranches, in-town luxury and southeast suburban communities. I am also the Founder, Manager and Realtor Ambassador for the Animal Welfare Funding Alliance (TAWFA).
I have been a resident of Denver since 1974. I am honored to call the beautiful state of Colorado my home. My real estate career began with my Father who was instrumental in selling and marketing resort timeshares in the Colorado Mountains. I worked for my Father while I was a Senior at Cherry Creek High School and while I attended the University of Denver. Upon graduation, I began my career with Vintage Marketing Group. Vintage Marketing Group performed sales and marketing for residential developers and builders throughout the Denver metropolitan area. I was a principal of the company and throughout my tenure; I was involved with the advertising and marketing of over 150 new home communities.
I retired from Vintage Marketing Group in 1992 and started a family. Shortly thereafter, I began my own independent sales and marketing consulting business for developers and builders of new residential property. In the late 1990’s, with a developer partner, I platted and sold a community in Northwest Douglas County and then went on to assist in the development of another subdivision, which I am currently involved with.
In November of 2000 I obtained my real estate license and began assisting buyers and sellers of resale residential property. The scope of my expertise in diverse fields of residential real estate is a distinct advantage I provide to my clients.
